1. First, you fill out the form to the right. Then, based on what you want in your dream home, we either show you properties we currently have, or find the one you want

2. Next, you choose the house you want to buy. We get it under contract with the current owner and put your down payment in escrow with the title company.

3. Lastly, we go to the closing table and sign over your new home!
